Three Levels of Scholarship Opportunities-- Specific Recommendations

• We recommend that The Templeton Foundation consider funding six experimental tuition and support scholarships to enable students from targeted low cost universities and non-North American universities to attend the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics Program.
